Real Estate Experience
Every Club Wealth® Coach must meet rigorous standards prior to being selected as a coach.
As an example, in order to be a Tier 1 coach, coaches must qualify, have mastered all Tier 1 strategies, concepts, ideologies and principles, and be active Tier 2 coaching clients.
To coach in Tier 2, they must qualify, and be active Tier 3 coaching clients and so on.
I personally have over 20 years of real estate experience, listing and selling over 100 homes/month.
With over 417 Retail and Short Sale Listings/Closings, and more than 325 REO’s in under 10 months, I became Washington State’s (and the entire Northwest’s) #1 real estate agent and also one of the top REO brokers in the nation. At the pinnacle of my career, our team was literally #1 Nationwide, out of over 1,000,000 real estate agents/teams!
