With drive and passion, Konstantin has success in building from the ground up. He prides himself in developing businesses from nothing. His first successful business was a construction company that specialized in remodeling. Over the past few years, Konstantin has been building Simple Real Estate. A brokerage that focuses on making real estate simple for all those involved. In just 3 short years, he has built his one man team to 13 agents and is expanding from the California Bay Area to the Greater Sacramento region.
Konstantin is also a husband, boy dad and huge sports fan. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his family, taking his boys and dog to the park or watching the 49ers play. Konstantin hopes to instill resilience, perseverance and curiosity in his young boys by putting in the work daily to become a successful entrepreneur.

I have been in real estate for almost 10 years and have been a broker owner since 2019. As an agent I have been consistently recognized as a top agent in my market. I have consistently generated over 300k in GCI over the past 3 years. I love giving back to the real estate community and that’s why I became a coach. I run a team inside my brokerage that prides itself in teaching and mentoring new agents to prevent them from becoming part of the 87 percent failure rate that haunts the real estate industry.
