Louis Pacheco
Tier 1 Coach
Louis is a native of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex being born and raised in Oak Cliff. He graduated from Red Oak HS in 1996 and shortly after entered into the US Army where he served from ’98-’01 as an Infantryman and served one deployment to Bosnia in 1999. Louis comes from a long line of veterans and first responders.
Louis started his law enforcement career in June 0f 2002 where served as an officer for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Police Department. In September 2008 Louis joined the Dallas Police Department where he currently serves in the Southwest Division.
Serving and wanting to make a difference in people’s lives is where Louis’ true passion lies. His passion for public service is unparalleled and that is why he became a top producing agent for Rendon Realty. He now devotes his efforts to ensuring veterans and first responders can smoothly navigate through the real estate process. In 2019 he created the Pointman Real Estate Team with the desire to impact the lives of his fellow veterans & first responders.

His team works constantly to improve their systems and processes, and as a result they go well beyond the standard level of service provided by most Realtors. I don’t know if I’m qualified to coach but I love to teach, I love to pass on information and see that individual succeed. I love talking about real estate and getting new ideas to grow our businesses. I get excited when I speak to agents to follow up about systems we talked about or ways to get leads and find out that agent was successful.

Fun fact is I love to country dance. I don’t post that much on social media so not a lot of people know that about me. I’m also currently an active Dallas Police Officer working nights.
