Team of One™ Coaching is designed for individual real estate agents looking to install basic systems and habits and build a solid foundation for their own real estate team.
Primary Objective: Implement systems for a solid foundation, develop proper habits, hire your first assistant, and increase income to Tier 2 qualifying level.
Unit Range: 0 – 25
Structure: Powered by Trello®, using the proven Club Wealth® systems and tools, we will help you set lofty, achievable goals, design a road map for you to attain them, guide you towards habits that will ensure your success, hold you accountable, and show you how to implement what you’ve learned.
Meet Your Coach: Your assigned Club Wealth® Coach will be a Tier 1 Coach who has earned over $150,000 per year in GCI. You’re matched with a coach who best fits your current needs. You will also have the opportunity to learn from other Club Wealth® Coaches that best fit your current objectives during Club Wealth® Mastermind Calls, Conferences, Full Day Events, and more.
Benefits: As a one-on-one coaching client, you also receive the “Club Wealth® Member” designation, placing you among the elite in the industry and securing many special, members-only discounts to Club Wealth® and affiliated products and events.
Additional designations may be earned as your knowledge and production increase and you progress through each Tier.
Designed to take your income from low six figures to mid-six figures while allowing you to enjoy greater life-work balance than ever before!
Primary Objective: Increase income to Tier 3 qualifying level by receiving support from the entire Club Wealth® Team on everything from interviewing a new hire and training your buyers and listing agents to implementing systems throughout your business. We’ll even train your team!
Unit Range: 26 – 75
Structure: Powered by the A.I.M.E.S. Method™, we will help you achieve your goals by designing a road map for you to attain them, teach you and your team members specifically what to do while guiding you towards habits that will ensure your success, hold you accountable, and even help you implement what you have learned.
Meet Your Coach: With the help of your coach, you’ll customize the focus and timing of your coaching. You’re matched with a coach who best fits your current needs; as your needs change, you will have the opportunity to learn from other Club Wealth® Coaches that align with your current objectives.
In addition to scheduled calls on the first and third week of each month, you will experience the power of Club Wealth® Coaching on Demand. This means you’ll get unlimited calls and support from your coach and the entire Club Wealth® Team!

Designed to take you from six to seven figures while working fewer hours/days than ever before, Club Wealth® Tier 3 Coaching is exclusively for experienced agents and team leaders only.
Primary Objective: Take your career to the next level with coaching from the Top Mega-Team Leaders in the industry. Tier 3 coaches have demonstrated the ability to earn high six and seven figure incomes while maintaining balance in their lives.
Unit Range: 76 – 150
Structure: You’ll receive support from the entire Club Wealth® Team on everything from interviewing a new hire and training your buyers and listing agents to implementing systems throughout your business.

Primary Objective: Tier 4 is where we usually begin growing your local and national brand and celebrity presence, which creates new business opportunities AND helps your existing marketing efforts produce more profit!
Meet Your Coach: At this level, you are being coached by the Legacy Builders! Your coach is likely to have several businesses (think ancillary services) and has expanded into multiple markets. Your coach is the catalyst that will get you where you need to be: working less and enjoying the fruits of your labor!
Unit Range: 151 – 250
Structure: As you begin to focus more on leveraging your time with others and begin stepping away from the day-to-day of your business, we’ll need to consistently grow and develop the talent on your team.
Benefits: Everything included in Tier 1 – 3 and access to ALL Coaching Tiers 1-4. This also includes event discounts (some events are included) and exclusive access to Mastermind Events in exotic locations like Maui!
