Currently Living in Augusta, Kansas ( Wichita) I am an Owner and Team leader at the Boulevard Group with EXP Realty. My partners and I started this firm 1.5 years ago, after having successfully ran and managed a Large Independent brokerage selling over 1100 a year. I cut my teeth in Real Estate as part of a large team that focused on growing relationships through large data base management and the use of ISA (Inside Sales Agents) to build a very mature healthy pipeline. We have taken those skill sets, processes and systems into our new firm very successfully.
With over 20 years of Corporate Sales Consulting Experience, I have built, managed, consulted and ran many highly performing sales teams. I have worked in multiple industry verticals, including Private Corrections, Oil/Gas, Wind Generation, Computer manufacturing and IT Managed Services to name a few. As a business owner, I formerly owned and operated Strategic Growth Solutions a Licensee of Sandler Systems Inc. A large Sales and Sales Force Development, Training and Consulting firm. I’m a Marine Corps Veteran, I am Married with 6 Children, 3 boys and 3 Girls.

As a coach, I have prepared myself to understand behavioral patterns, motivation, accountability and have acquired a depth of business acumen. I have spent 1000’s of hour coaching clients and employees into new heights of success. I believe in Lifelong learning, obtaining a Masters Degree in organizational development as a non-traditional adult student. I attend conferences, read and interact with new and experienced agents daily. I love to see others change and succeed.
