Dawn is the broker/owner of Prestige Realty & Associates, a collaborative real estate office comprised of client-centered agents and licensed support staff. She is also team leader of the Dawn Schultz Team, the only full-service real estate team in the area, providing transaction management and marketing coordination. Dawn began her real estate career in 2010 after serving as a collegiate athlete and coach for more than a decade. Her competitive nature has been a catalyst in creating one of the top producing real estate companies in the Manhattan (and surrounding areas) market.
Dawn has sold over 400 homes in her career. She attributes this success to her high performing team, as well as the proven processes and systems that have been established. Access to the #1 real estate platform in the country has been instrumental in the growth of the agency.
Dawn also serves as a coach for Club Wealth, a nationally recognized coaching and consulting agency. As a Club Wealth coach, she mentors agents from all around the country with growing their real estate businesses by way of establishing highly competitive real estate teams. This skill set has also led Dawn to develop many agents to become top producers within her own office. Her passion to coach and teach is easily identifiable in the performance of her agents and the continued growth of their individual businesses.
In addition, Dawn is co-owner of Italian Estates Property Management, a company that connects qualified tenants with owners/investors who maintain high quality rental units. The mission is to uphold the highest level of customer service and to create a positive experience for both tenant and owner.
Dawn’s vision is to offer a comprehensive range of services where all consumer real estate needs (title, lender, insurance, property management, etc.) can be satisfied in one location.
Family is extremely important to Dawn. She and her husband, Luke, have three daughters, Marisa, Tulsa and Destin. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys visiting family, traveling and coaching her kids in sports.
