Brad is also connected to his community with his local non profit Sweet Dreams Ministries that he and his wife operate which provides beds to kinship and foster families. Every sale from the Baker Team contributes to providing one bed to a family in need. In helping a client find their dream home or sell their property, Brad consistently delivers exceptional results and provides his clients with outstanding guidance and expertise. He leads 5 team agents with a full time admin and together they consistently sell 10+ homes a month. At every interaction, Brad and his team work with each client to ensure they receive world-class service. He is organized, driven, and passionate about helping his clients win, whether that is helping buy or sell or coaching them to grow their business to new levels. Brad lives in Hanahan SC with his wife Gabrielle, their son BJ, and their two dogs Titus and Lucy. When he isn’t running his business you’ll find Brad playing music at church, spending time with his family, staying fit in the gym, and out exploring Charleston with his family.
