Bryan Richardson
Tier 4 Coach
Bryan grew up in the North Georgia area and played football at Carson Newman College. He spent over 20 years in retail management/home improvement and has extensive knowledge of the home building process. Bryan is a natural people person who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that his clients are taken care of. This along with years of customer service experience has allowed Bryan to transition seamlessly to a real estate career.
Joining his wife Cindi in 2011, The Richardson Team was born and the rest, they say, is history.
An avid Tennessee Vols fan, Bryan loves to attend games and spend time with his family. He and Cindi are members of First United Methodist church and have one son, Jordan. They love the Cleveland area and all it offers.
Why I am Qualified to be Your Coach...
I believe great coaching involves having to have great leadership skills. I have spent my whole life in some sort of Leadership capacity, whether it was Business, School, or Sports. I believe the reason I am qualified to be a Coach is that I dig for what a person’s motivation is and tap into that motivation to bring out the best in them. To push people beyond where they are comfortable to show them how much they can achieve.

Someone who is willing to learn, be coachable, someone who wants to push themselves to be better than they knew they could be. Someone that is hungry and willing to put in the time and work to get to where they want to be. That is what a would want in a perfect client.
