After several years of being a part-time agent, I decided to jump in full-time in January 2021. I knew that to achieve my potential I would need help and guidance from others who have already walked those steps. After researching and speaking with several coaching companies, I decided to partner up with ClubWealth. Initially, my focus was on increasing my personal production, increasing leads, improving my conversion rate, etc. But that conversation quickly shifted to building a team and creating systems to support my growing business. Prior to joining Club Wealth, I would sell between 4 and 6 properties a year. Having just completed my first year as a ClubWealth coaching client and as a full-time agent, I have closed 40 deals! I am working with my coach on doubling that number for next year without having to double to amount of hours I need to put into it. In this first year, I also went from being a solo agent to building a team of 10. Many of those team members joined recently, but they should soon start to make the number of deals we close skyrocket. After experiencing first-hand the impact that coaching can have, I decided to become a Club Wealth coach to share what I have learned and help others fast-track their success.

As many real estate agents, real estate was a side hustle for over 12 years before I decided to jump in full-time in January 2021. I immediately joined ClubWealth and within 12 months of dedicating myself to my real estate career, I went from being a solo agent to building a team of 10 agents and going from 4-6 transactions a year to over 30! My background as a Professional Engineer, my professional experience as a management consultant and entrepreneur, my education (MBA from Cornell), my certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt (process improvement), PMP (Project Management Professional) and graduate diploma in executive coaching (Certified Executive Coach), all contributed to developing a unique selling and coaching style. Not only can I coach you on increasing your production and scaling up your team, but my focus is also on helping you build and scale a successful business you can be proud of. Having two young boys, I know how challenging it can be to try to balance it all! Prior to dedicating myself to real estate, I was a sales performance consultant, working with many of the world’s largest companies including Comcast, Lowe’s, Google, Ecolab, Pfizer, SAP, Hertz, Thrivent Financial, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Office Depot and many others.

Fun Fact
I have a second-degree blackbelt in karate, but I rarely need to use those skills to have a client sign a contract. However, being fluent in French, Spanish, English and getting there in Mandarin has been useful… But I have an accent in every language!
