Looking for a new challenge a few years ago, Aaron moved from just running his team to also becoming Broker/ Owner by establishing Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Influence Partners in Salt Lake City, UT. As a focused entrepreneur, he continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to marketing, trends, and strategies.
His company culture of collaboration and referral strategies has resulted in an expanding network of loyal clients and advocates as the brokerage grew to 89 agents in 2018 and is on pace to be 150 agents by end of 2019. Locally, Aaron and his team are well known for their large community & client events.
Aaron is a proud husband, the father of 4 kids, and an adoption advocate. Aaron enjoys starting his day with a fun & challenging CrossFit workout. Although from New Jersey, he is a dedicated Chicago sports fan and enjoys spending his free time coaching basketball or performing onstage with his musical Improv team.

Fun Fact
I have been involved in the adoption world for many years as my wife and I adopted 2 of our 4 kids as newborns. I also enjoy performing onstage a few times a month in local musical comedic Improv shows.
