Terms and Conditions
100% of your coaching fees (up to 12 months) will be refunded to you under the following conditions:
1. Must be a full-time agent working at least 39 hrs./week.
2. Produce written evidence to your Club WealthĀ® Coach that you showed up on time and participated fully in a minimum of 24 coaching calls in the last 12 months with your Club WealthĀ® Coach. Calls rescheduled less than 72hrs. in advance are considered missed calls and disqualify you from the guarantee. One cancelled call per year will be allowed, as long as it is cancelled 48hrs or more in advance and made up within 5 business days.
3. Must participate in all scheduled Club WealthĀ® Mastermind calls, be on time, participate (ask questions, give input) and stay till the end.
4. Must implement Personal Daily Scheduleā¢ as agreed upon and approved by your coach, and achieve 90% success in following your PDS, as tracked accurately on your Success Scorecardā¢.
5. āDouble Your Incomeā is defined as doubling your net or gross income or increasing your net or gross income by $100,000 over the previous 12-month period, whichever is less. To receive refund, you will be required to provide full P & L and tax returns for guaranteed period, and previous 12-month period, prior to be considered for refund.
6. You must implement at least four new lead generation systems from the Club WealthĀ® approved lead generation systems list and agreed upon by your Club WealthĀ® Coach. (one per quarter)

7. You must complete the homework assigned to you by your Club WealthĀ® Coach before your next scheduled coaching call.
8. You have attended in person at least one Club Wealthā¢ Live Mastermind or Club Wealth Multi-Day Eventā¢ and at least 2 half day events after the date you signed up for Club WealthĀ®.
9. Client must add a NET 2 agents per month to their team for guarantee to apply.
10. You have completed the one-year term of your Club WealthĀ® Coaching contract during 12 consecutive months.
11. If you elect to exercise this guarantee, and receive a refund, you must immediately return all Club WealthĀ® materials to Club WealthĀ®, and immediately discontinue use of any and all Club WealthĀ® tools, systems, processes, checklists, marketing materials, layouts etc. You further agree to not disparage Michael Hellickson, Club WealthĀ® and its/their employees, officers, affiliates, coaches or partners in any way.
12. Not valid in years where market declines more than 5%.
13. Guarantee applies for Tier 2 and higher one-on-one coaching program only.
