Club Wealth AIM Services Terms and Conditions
Terms: Payment in advance. Completion of projects to be within 30 days following receipt of all materials and/or content needed from client unless otherwise stipulated in writing by Club Wealth AIM Team. All Action Plans are protected by Copywrite ©Club Wealth® LLC 2021, 2022. Client is granted a limited license to use any and all plans installed by Club Wealth® so long as client is either a Club Wealth® one on one Coaching Client or Club Wealth® Basic Membership Client in good standing.
$150 per hour for any and all custom work or work not included in the Package or itemized products/services above.
Any work performed by Club Wealth® AIM Team NOT listed above shall be billed at the current hourly rate. A retainer of $1,500 will be charged in advance of any hourly or custom work being requested by client IF retainer is included as a line item in this or any other invoice or order form accepted and/or approved by client. Client authorizes CW to charge clients credit card an additional $1,500 to replenish retainer whenever retainer falls below $300, and further authorizes CW to discontinue any/all work until retainer is replenished as stated herein.
All time spent chasing client down for information and/or any other needed items will be billed at the standard rate of $150 per hour whether or not retainer is in place and client authorizes Club Wealth® to charge their credit card for full amount (billed in 1 hour increments).
