Austin was born and raised in Joplin, MO. After the devastating tornado that took place in 2011 Austin relocated his two daughters and himself to Springfield, MO where Austin started his career in the fire service. This prompted Austin’s obsession with leadership and success. Austin received two degrees while working in the fire service. Come 2018 Austin felt he needed a break from the trauma and continued to negative experiences from working the ambulance and other EMS side jobs on his days off. Having a friend in the fire service who had recently retired early after getting into real estate Austin figured if he liked real estate and could sell 4 or 5 homes a year that would replace the extra income. Austin started to intern immediately while going to real estate school and once completed Austin sold his
first home and that thought of 4 or 5 homes died and was replaced by the mission to become an undeniable competitor in his market. Austin partnered with Daniel Brown and started Brown & Robertson Real Estate in Springfield. Austin & Daniel quickly grew from a lonely partnership to a team of roughly 15 people with full time administrative support in the matter of a year. This year pacing over 200 deals, recruiting another 20 and finding more freedom along the way. All of this is completed with discipline, tech, and old school hard core work ethic. Austin was rated one of the top 150 most influential real estate agents in 2020, one of only two certified luxury real estate agents in his market of over 3000 agents, operates two separate youtube pages and a podcast for new agents. Austin is married and the proud father of 5 children. Austin enjoys traveling, exploring, music, weight lifting, & a medium rare steak.
