I grew up in Southern California and graduated from Irvine High School in 1991. In 1994 I relocated to Texas, married a Texan in 2000 and today we have two kids. My Texan husband is a custom home builder and real estate was a natural career partnership. I got out of full-time production in 2018 as a $20 million a year producer to dedicate her time to her new baby, Realty ONE Group Prosper. I owned an independent brokerage for 9 years prior, but in 2018 it was time to build and conquer. Today I sit on the BOD for ABOR (Austin Board of Realtors) and my company has two locations with over 130 agents located in Central Texas.

For over ten years now I have been coached myself. I was coached in production, starting a brokerage, running a brokerage and today my focus is building my brokerage to 500 agents. My experience over the past 20 years of real estate and what I have learned from my coaches is what makes me a great coach.
